For your peace of mind, all our bouncers are fully insured and comply with TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority) regulations to ensure the highest safety standards. All rentals require access to a standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup location. If electricity is not readily available, we offer extra extension cords and generators for rent upon request. For water-based inflatables, customers must also provide access to a water supply within a reasonable distance. A signed liability waiver is required before setup to protect both parties. A deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be applied toward the final rental cost and is refundable under our cancellation policy.​

​Cancelation Policy

​

• Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Event Date: You will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

​

• Cancellations Made 3–6 Days Before Event Date: You will receive a 50% refund of your total booking amount.

​

• Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before Event Date: No refunds will be issued. We’ve reserved this time slot and equipment just for you.

​

• Weather Policy:  If the weather forecast shows unsafe conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms), we allow you to reschedule your booking at no additional cost, subject to availability.  Alternatively, a full credit will be issued, valid for up to 12 months from your original booking date.

• No-Show Policy: If we arrive for delivery and you are unavailable or the site is not ready, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
